A friend of mine recently recommended I checkout a company called Accommodative Financial Services or AFS for short. If you are interested in an unsecured business or personal loan, then look no futher than AFS. They offer a full line of unsecured business and personal loans and even have a 100% Approval Guarantee.

Personal loans range from $10,000 – $150,000 and rates can be as little as 6.99%. Interest rates are set based on a number of factors including your credit score.

Getting approved for a personal loan from AFS consists of 4 easy steps.

Step #1 AFS will help you decide how much you want to borrow.

Step #2 Based on your qualifying factors, AFS will tell you what size loan you can expect.

Step #3 AFS will find the correct lenders based on your personal needs.

Step#4 Through the use of desktop conferencing, AFS will submit your loan application the same day!

If you need money for any reason, I’d recommend giving AFS a call. They have a quick 5 minute application, no upfront fees, and they offer a private consultation. They also have a quick 24 – 48 hour approval for most applications.

As home equity loans become harder to get, it is a perfect time to consider an unsecured personal loan from AFS. If you need money for vacation, furniture, or that home remodeling project, give AFS a try.

What are your most effective methods of monetizing your sites? Personally, I am a big fan of CPA ads. If you aren’t familiar with the acronym CPA it stands for Cost per Action. You get paid from CPA ads when a user completes the required action. The action can vary from something as simple to clicking a link, to submitting an email, or completing an application. In my experience, CPA ads pay better than other forms of advertising.

A friend recently recommended I checkout a CPA company called Clickbooth. I was a little reluctant at first. I already have a CPA company I am working with. Why should I take the time to check out another company? The answer is simple. It is all about the dollars!

Clickbooth GUARANTEES the highest payouts for it’s publishers. When I compared Clickbooth payouts to the payouts of my current CPA company, it was clear Clickbooth was true to their word. Another good reason to check out Clickbooth is they have exclusive offers with top companies not available anywhere else. These two factors alone make Clickbooth worth considering.

An important consideration when deciding if you want to work with a CPA company is simple. Are you going to get paid? Nobody wants to spend money on PPC traffic generating sales for a CPA company that isn’t established and can fold at anytime. You don’t have this worry with Clickbooth.

Clickbooth has been around since 2002. Not only do they work with some of the top advertisers in the industry, they work with the top publishers too. Google, Yahoo, and MSN are all top Clickbooth publishers and running Clickbooth ads. My feeling, if Google trusts Clickbooth to make payment, then I do too.

Take the time and checkout Clickbooth today. If you do, you’ll be guaranteed to have higher payouts and exclusive offers not available at other CPA networks.

I first came across this website when I was researching on Google for SEO services for my company. This was about 7 months back. We had planned to outsource the SEO related activities to a third party company. For certain keywords, I found Websquash to be on the front page of Google. That did gain my attention and I went ahead and contacted their Customer service.

There was no way we were letting them take over our website, mainly for the reason that they did not have any kind of portfolio on their site or past customer testimonials, of course with evidence so we could contact them for opinions.

I was running a personal blog at marketsnipers.com that I had setup to share my thoughts about Forex markets and trading general. I picked up their $99 SEO service. I have to apologize, I cant find that page anymore in their site, but the package involved a basic analysis and optimization, Submission to few thousand Search Engines, 2 animated banners, keyword analysis and creation of 50 keyword optimized pages to be added to my blog for Search engines to crawl. In other words, SPAM. Anyways, I let them take the lead and signed up for the service.

About 72 hours, I started getting a flood of emails to my assigned Yahoo account. Websquash had started their Search Engine submission process. When I took a closer look at them, I was shocked. 5 or 6 emails from legitimate companies and the rest of the flood was confirmation mails from Free For All (FFA) pages. This is what they were referring to as 1000s of Search Engines.

They were supposed to complete the work in about 3-7 days, but after 2 weeks there was nothing except the Search Engine email flood. I never received any report of the work done. When I contacted them, they actually asked me for my details and had to look up in their database for my purchase. Then one of their support executive got in touch, asked for the FTP and Wordpress admin details and assured me the work would be done in 3-5 days.

Another week passed and nothing happened. I contacted them again and guess what, I had to provide my admin details for the second time. I was disheartened, but kept my cool and provided the details. He said he will get back to me after sometime, which he did and apologized for the delay and assured me the work would be done.

After a few days, I contacted them for the report of my blog’s work and they had forgotten about it. They said they had done the work and I would receive my report. I did not. I couldn’t handle them anymore and went ahead and asked for a refund. They initially did not honor it saying that they could not offer refund after the work was done. I asked for the report and they did not have it. After a few exchanges, they issued a refund of $90.

It was clear from the HTML meta codes in my blog that they had not done any SEO work at all. All they had done is got my blog connected to a massive SPAM network, to get out of which was impossible. They had never created the 50 keyword optimized pages, the animated banners or the keyword analysis report which was a part of the package I had signed up for.

To conclude, I am not going to call them scammers, for they did honor a refund even though it wasn’t a full refund. What I realized was that these guys were Black Hat SEO Professionals who didn’t care how they got your Site/Blog to the attention of major Search Engines. All they cared was that they got it. All I can say is Beware. Do your homework well before you commit to any company.

Oh, by the way, our companies SEO related activities are taken care by a New York based company.

Visit any popular Social Media site or blog and there definitely will be a post about Digg and the “Digg Effect”. By all means, I respect and agree with these thoughts. A front page exposure on Digg can get you as little as 10,000 visitors in a day or as much as 80,000 visitors in one day. Again, a article popularized by StumbleUpon can get you streams of visitors for many weeks. A few my articles written in the beginning of last month still get me hundreds of visitors even today.

I have never been on the front page of Digg. There was one time I came close and the hypocrites there banned me. Maybe they do not tolerate Quality content anymore. I mean it. I have seen stale contents getting on the front page of Digg. Pretty sad.

I am beginning to wonder if too much stress is laid on these 2 communities. I rarely hear anyone talking about a community like Reddit or Propeller or Newsvine. I am also wondering if it is because of the massive numbers that the above 2 communities deliver, that they literally drown the other smaller Social distribution channels.

I am a big fan of Shoutwire, a small but popular Social community, and actually one of the first websites for Social interaction and individual freedom of Speech. I first came across Shoutwire in early 2006 and honestly, I was pretty impressed by the plethora of contents. Their topics cover from business to politics to entertainment to Lifestyle and more.

Okay, back to my main point. I have had 4 articles from blogs featured in Shoutwire. The first 3 articles got 2000 visitors each in less than 24 hours. Upon analysis, I have to say, the visitors were not really the useless types that comes from Digg, but really read my article and many of them left comments, both positive and negative.

3 days back, one of my articles made it to the front page. This was the 4th in line. This story got me an unusual 4000+ visitors in less than 48 hours. My story was on the front page for over 24 hours and got heavily shouted and of course bashed.

I use 3 analytics program to gain an insight into the visitor averages. Google Analytics is one of them. I will cover them in another article, another time. Google Analytics recorded 3758 visitors in a period of 40 hours. Program 2 recorded 4117 visitors in the same period. Program 3 recorded 4431 visitors. I consider 4000 to be the rough average. That is 4000 visitors in a period of 40 hours. Definitely not bad.

It took me 19 votes to make it to the frontpage of Shoutwire compared to the 50-100 votes that Digg requires. It has been the same in the past 2. The previous 3 articles took 19, 20, and 22 votes respectively to be pushed to frontpage. It was definitely worth the effort.

I am pretty sure, I will use Shoutwire for a long time to satisfy my traffic needs. Certain people are worried about the critical nature of Shoutwire members, but I really am not. I love criticism and really feast on it. It has helped me a lot in growing up to becoming what I am today.

BlogohBlog.com is a Wordpress related blog. It was formerly owned by a guy named Bob from Malaysia. A smart guy Bob, he designed quite a few stunning themes for wordpress and built a reputation for himself. As his themes spread around, his blog received a lot of backlinks. I myself have used one of his themes in an ex blog of mine.

Recently Google awarded BOB with a Pagerank 6. Bob saw this as an opportunity to cash in some good moolah. The blog was auctioned at Sitepoint.com and was sold for $10,000 to Jai Nischal Verma from Delhi, India. Bob’s story ends right there. Goodbye Bob.

My first impression of the sale was negative. BlogOhBlog had 366 subscribers during the sale and a very good Alexa ranking. I wasn’t very sure how the new owner would ride it. I got in touch with him and a bit of probe revealed to me that Jai himself was a very good designer and an ace programmer. I was partially convinced that the blog still had a very good future.

Jai has been pretty active in the Blog. He has released quite a few themes with varied versions in a very short time. He recently released a 5 page SEO report for newbie bloggers which has received very good response. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, I suggest you do. Click here.

As of this writing, I see Jai has a subscriber base of 933. That is a rise of over 500 subscribers. I am fully convinced at this stage that the Blog does have a very good future.

The only advice I can give Jai is that he creates some very good pillar posts, even if it be just one a week. Pillar contents are the foundation of every blog and are the elements that add tremendous value and make visitors come back.
