Sunday Blogbits – Bidding Farewell to 2007
The year has literally come to an end. This is the last edition of Sunday Blogbits as well as my last post for this year. This year has had its own good
and bad. For me, the year started with a bit of turmoil with the closing of my Hedge Fund, but got better in April when I met the C.E.O of Royal Forex Trading, Mr. Rayan Elannan. It was a come back to my old passion, Marketing and Business Development. From there, things have taken off pretty well for me. The year end witnessed the launch of Blogrepreneur.com and the release of my book on Google Analytics. So, overall, 2007 was a good year.
As of today, Blogrepreneur is 49 days old. 7 calendar weeks. In these 7 weeks, the Blog has witnessed an excellent growth, beyond my expectation. One of my goals was to reach the 100 subscriber figure before the year end. Let me give you a recap of the developments the blog has gone through in the past 7 weeks.

Weekend Resource – Using a ThoughtPad to Store Blog Topics
I use Notepad a lot. I am a lazy guy when it comes to taking down ideas using a paper and pen. Most of my inspirations come in when I am at my Office. I have a wide window right in front of my desk that gives me access to the outside world, and therefore, ideas.
Recently, I had to reformat my Hard Drive due to slow performance of my machine. No amount of tuning and junk deletion helped. So, with a heavy heart, I set to format the HDD and re-install the OS. It took about an hour to finish the task and another hour to organize the contents, install the necessary components, restore backed up files, etc.

My thoughts about Websquash SEO Service
I first came across this website when I was researching on Google for SEO services for my company. This was about 7 months back. We had planned to outsource the SEO related activities to a third party company. For certain keywords, I found Websquash to be on the front page of Google. That did gain my attention and I went ahead and contacted their Customer service.

Full Feed Vs Partial Feed: The Debate Continues
This was once a very hot topic. As a blogger, what should you offer you subscribers in their Reader? A full feed to read from their desktop or online reader, or a partial feed with a “Click More” option to visit your blog and lap your article up.
Why should you offer a partial feed?
-
If you offer a partial feed, your readers have to visit your blog every time they want to read your article. This counts towards Alexa average and pushes your blog up in ranking.
